Glass & Board-Up

A broken storefront secured, cleaned up and on its way to new glass.

Brick commercial building with plywood boarded windows under weathered green awnings

After a break-in, a vehicle strike or a storm, the first job is to make the opening secure and safe. We board broken openings with cut-to-fit plywood, sweep glass and debris, and photograph the damage for the claim.

Replacement glass is coordinated with the glazing provider your program uses, and the board-up comes down when the new glass is in. Every step lives in one ticket thread.

  • Opening secured
  • Damage photographed for claims
  • Debris cleared
  • One ticket thread

How an Engagement Runs

  1. Ticket received

The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.

  2. Scope confirmed

We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.

  3. Work performed

The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.

  4. Closed out

Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.
