Doors & Hardware

Doors that close, seal and swing the way they should, without touching the locks.

A door that slams, drags or will not close on its own is a daily complaint and sometimes a safety issue. We adjust and replace the non-locking parts of commercial doors: closers, hinges, pivots, sweeps, thresholds and weatherstripping.

Lock work is outside our scope. Locksets, exit devices, cylinders and keys go to the provider your program uses for that work, and we note it on the ticket so nothing is missed.

Want a written scope and price for your sites?

How an Engagement Runs

  1. Ticket received

The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.

  2. Scope confirmed

We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.

  3. Work performed

The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.

  4. Closed out

Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work on locks?

No. Locksets, exit devices, cylinders and keys are outside our scope. We tell your dispatcher so the right provider can be assigned.

Can you service doors on a schedule?

Yes. A scheduled program checks closers, hinges and seals at each site and reports anything that needs a quote.

Do you handle storefront doors?

We adjust and replace closers, pivots and seals on storefront doors. Broken glass is handled under Glass & Board-Up.
