How an Engagement Runs
Ticket received
The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.
Scope confirmed
We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.
Work performed
The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.
Closed out
Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Can you work overnight?
Yes. Most resets happen after close so the floor is ready at opening.
Do you install illuminated signs?
We swap faces in existing sign cabinets. New illuminated sign installation is outside our scope.
How do you confirm placement?
Each area is photographed against the plan you provide and listed on the closeout.
