Exterior & Parking Lot

Clean entries, swept lots and sharp striping at every site on the route.

Worker in high-visibility rain gear pressure washing a paved sidewalk behind safety tape

The lot and the entry are the first things a customer sees. We sweep lots and walkways, pressure wash entries, sidewalks and dumpster pads, reset and repaint bollards, and touch up existing striping.

Wash water is contained and recovered, not sent to the storm drain. Routes are grouped by metro so every site in a program gets the same checklist on the same days.

How an Engagement Runs

  1. Ticket received

The request arrives through your work-order platform, our form, email or the service line. We log the site, the issue and the NTE.

  2. Scope confirmed

We confirm what will be done, the arrival window and the price limit in writing. Photos are requested when they help.

  3. Work performed

The tech checks in on site, completes the scope and stops to ask before anything goes past the NTE.

  4. Closed out

Before-and-after photos and plain notes are uploaded, open items are listed, and the ticket is closed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where does the wash water go?

It is contained with berms and recovered with a vacuum, then disposed of properly. It does not go down a storm drain.

Can this run as a route?

Yes. Sites are grouped by metro and serviced on set days, with a photo set for each visit.

Do you restripe whole lots?

Our scope is touch-up of existing striping. Full layouts can be quoted as a separate project.
